The old saying was that the best thing was the "Cadillac" of the genre. Well, the Really Right Stuff Stands are the Rolls Royce of the tripod world. The TVC-33 Versa Series 3 Mk2 carbon fiber tripod recommendation is a beautiful unit with carbon plate with diamond design, rotating closures and rubber ball feet. The RRS TVC-33 Mk2 is equipped with a locking system for leg angle locks that prevents you from pinching your hands when pulling the stop. Nice! In addition, the metal parts are manufactured from a CNC milling process from a piece of solid metal, not a mold, for greater strength and durability.
The BH-55 ball head looks like pure quality. The movements are smooth as silk and the base has panoramic markers for panning work, double cuts of 90 degrees to go vertically, as well as a separate adjustment of tension. 3. 3 Legged Thing Equinox Winston Carbon Fiber Tripod with AirHed 360 Ball Head
The Winston Equinox 3-foot carbon fiber tripod and the AirHed 360 ball head are relatively new in the tripod socket, but with vibrant colors. The Winston is one of the most exclusive tripods in the range, due to its color combinations and leg grip design. The carabiners have oval handles and are very nice to adjust. A perhaps unique feature is that the leg locks have a secondary locking system that prevents the bolts from loosening and the leg section completely removed. Many novice photographers on rotating closures often have moments of concern when they accidentally disassemble the tripod while trying to lengthen it! In addition, the legs have anti-rotation fasteners to prevent them from rotating during extension and retraction. Rare for a full-size tripod, the feet can be folded upside down for more compact storage. Do you need a monopod stick or a heavy car? One of Winston's legs is detached and can fulfill a multitude of purposes.
The curved contours of the AirHed 360 ball are designed to allow inverted legs to bend close to the head to minimize circumference during transport. The AirHed 360 has a dual-tray design that allows the unit to be upgraded faster and easier. Both pan parameters have separate blocks. The quick release plate is compatible with Arca.
If the bronze and the blue are too bright for you, there is also a much more sober option in the bronze gray color.
